Who Are We?


Aaron and Robin Warren brought together over thirty years of experience to create the truly unique restaurant that is A&E Grill.  Aaron began his restaurant journey doing dishes at Eduardo’s Mexican Restaurant here in Chickasha 18 years ago. He points to Eduardo’s owner Ed Hicks - the “E” of A&E - as a major influence on his restaurant philosophy. “Ed is a mentor of mine and really taught me a lot about the business”, said Aaron. “he showed me the importance of focusing on the customer and how to create customer loyalty by doing all of the little things that go a long way in the customers mind. Ed is an amazingly positive person and we have spent hours discussing the restaurant business and, to this day, I still make business decisions based on how I think Ed would do it.” 

Robin’s experience is more corporate based. She spent 5 years with Outback Steakhouse in Oklahoma City as a manager and a corporate trainer, where she traveled all over opening new Outback's. “Aaron and I decided that we wanted to create a restaurant concept that brought together the best of our experiences. Combining the structure and big city feel of my past and knowing our customers by name and involvement in our community of Aaron's.” said Robin. “We wanted to give the people of Chickasha a dining option that rival that of Oklahoma City, without having to leave town.” A&E grill is located 30 minutes south of Oklahoma City and 30 minutes north of Lawton, Oklahoma.

 


Food

We do not take any shortcuts when it comes to quality and freshness of our food.  We hand bread our own cheese sticks, the Spinach Artichoke Dip is hand made daily; the catfish, chicken fried steaks, chicken fingers and onion rings are all hand breaded to order; even the tartar sauce is made from scratch. Our signature Loaded Baked Potato Soup is made fresh daily; our salad dressing and even our buffalo sauce are all made in house.
That is only the beginning.

Service

One secret to our success is our outstanding employees. We have a true focus on excellent service, and we train on it daily.  We have a teamwork philosophy where every server is trained to take care of every customer. We ask a lot of our staff in order to provide the absolute best dining experience possible.G

A&E Grill is a restaurant created from a passion for the business and lots of experience. Whether your dining on our patio under the misting system in the summer, or watching the big game on one of our 11 televisions inside, our goal is to provide you with a dining experience you won't soon forget.
